Festival Food...for the SOUL!

Friends and Family!

Knock Knock! Y'all still there??!?!!

I apologize that the blog has taken a back seat while I celebrated a few MAJOR life events; moving to Chicago, starting a new job AND getting married! I promise to share detailed updates on each in the upcoming weeks! Thank you for continuing to tune in, despite the radio silence.

BUT, there’s an exciting update in the interim...

What I Make For Her is making it’s public debut at the African Festival of the Arts this weekend! YES, we are an official vendor in the Food Pavilion from Friday, August 30th - Monday, September 2nd!

If you are in Chicago this weekend, please stop by our booth and get our gourmet, hand-cut Pommes Frites! Belgian Fries at an African Festival? French fries are from Belgium? Yes, yes, and YES! Come say hi and get your fries along with 12 gourmet dipping sauces, including my Secret Sauce!

The festival aims to educate ALL people about the individual works and collective contributions of African people to world. 2019 marks the 30th anniversary of the African Festival, the largest of its kind in the US! Learn more about the African Festival of the Arts HERE.

If Chicago isn’t in your Labor Day plans, you can rep What I Make For Her in your city with our Festival Edition t-shirts! YES! We have merch! Shirts are $18 for all unisex sizes (S-XXL). Indicate your size and mailing address in the payment notes on PayPal. Thank you to Collette Watson Creative for the design! It's a movement!

I will be updating the What I Make For Her Instagram handle regularly throughout the weekend. Be sure to check us out and root us on!
